You can define some system-wide abbreviations for commonly used phrases in your time sheets and file notes. By typing the abbreviation the system will automatically expand the text when you hit the spacebar.

Setting up Abbreviations
To setup the abbreviations go to Admin > Timekeeping > Abbreviations
Personal Abbreviations
You are also able to set up login specific abbreviations. These will replace timekeeping abbreviations if they have the same letters.
