The speed of your Internet connection depends on your local connection, the location and speed of the server you are connecting to and the path taken in between.  So the best way to test your Internet speed for Actionstep is to run a test directly from the Actionstep server where your system resides (we have servers around the world).

To test this you first need to login to Actionstep in order to have your browser directed to the Actionstep server where your system resides. Once you are on the Home Page in Actionstep go to the Address Bar in your browser and modify the URL by selecting the part of the url past .../mym/ and then adding "speed.php"

Tip

Your URL should look something like

https://ap-southeast-2.actionstep.com/mym/speed.php

(the first part will vary depending on where your system is located)

Then hit return and we will run some upload and download tests between your local computer and the remote server and present you with the results. They should look something like the image below. You can experiment with different data sizes by clicking the links at the bottom of the page.
