The Chart of Accounts is useful to see the account number and account type of a particular account set up in your system. It is also handy for providing an overview of how your accounts are set up. A couple of examples of when you may need this could be to check that all of the accounts are necessary, or whether there is a different account you should be using for a particular accounting activity. |
