To give a user authority to your Actionstep system allows that user the ability to alter your subscription data (e.g. add new users, delete them, change your admin email setup, change or inquire about your payment data, or request backups)

 Admin > Permissions > System Users > Select the System User you are giving authority to > Tick the 'Allow this user to alter your subscription data?' box > Confirm that you accept the changes to your subscription & Save
