Use this where your client is common: Selecting a Matter in the "From" box will limit the results in the "To" box, to any applicable matters for that Client only.
- For a Transfer to another Bank Account within the same Matter
- For a Transfer of the Client funds to another Matter.

Transfer Client Trust Funds via The Client Matter
Go to the Matter > Trust Menu > Transfer funds
- For a Transfer to another Bank Account within the same Matter
- For a Transfer of the Client funds to another Matter.
Can only be used where the Client is common. The process is the same as Transfer Funds from the main Trust menu (from box is limited to the Matter you are in).
Move Funds from Operating Account to Trust Account for a matter
You can create a deposit into the operating account, process a withdrawal from the operating account and then receive funds into the client's trust account.
To do this:
Go to Accounting > Banking > Transactions
In the top right you will see new deposit and you can deposit into the operating account. Once this is done you can select new withdrawal in the top right and withdraw those funds. (Be sure to be detailed in the journal memo on why you are doing these transactions.)
Once this is done you can go to Trust > Receipts > Receive funds and receive the funds into the client's trust account.
Move Funds from Operating Account to Firm's interest in Trust on a trust account
You can do this by doing an adjustment to to the firms interest in trust. See Firm's Interest in Trust for more details.
