Choosing a template: 

Once you have navigated to the template selection screen you will be able to choose from a list of templates available in your Actionstep system for this sale/purchase type. Your system will come with some preloaded invoice templates. For more information on how to create or upload invoice templates please see our invoice template user guide article.

Choose an option: 

Once you've selected an invoice template we would recommend previewing the customer-facing document. Doing this will ensure that you're finished invoice is being generated as expected and is ready to be sent to your client. Once you have confirmed this you can choose to either export or email the invoice.
