Workflow Troubleshooting

I can't see my new workflow when creating actions.

This is probably a permission problem. Check the system role associated with the user's login record and make sure that role has access to the action type you created 

Go to

Admin > Permissions > System Roles > Select the role > Edit System Object Permissions - System Object Permissions

Users can't see the Data Collections

In addition to granting permissions to the action type system object, you will also need to grant permissions to each data collection that you create. Follow the directions above to edit these.

Actions of this type do not show up on the calendar and invoices

This is probably because you have not set the Primary Participant for the action type.

Go to

Admin > Workflow > Action Types > Select the Action Type > Participants > Check that one of them has been defined as Primary
