Time Billing
Actionstep have upgraded billing with our enhanced billing mode. This is currently in early release, so it is not available to all users. If your system has not yet moved to enhanced billing mode, then the information on this page will be useful. If you have, please go to Mass Billing to learn more.

Time Billing - The Key to KPI
If it is important to track the return on staff time, we do recommend using time billing even when charging a flat fee - the invoice can be adjusted to Pro-rate the fee between the invoiced time entries.
This does not need to affect the payment schedules in the pipeline as they can be linked to the invoice created.
