The list of available merge fields in your system can be found in Admin under the Document Templates tab.

• Data Source - The name of the Table that the field is in. If you have created a data collection, then the name of the data collection is the data source.
• Merge Field - The name of the field within the table.
• Description - A detailed description of the field.
• Parameters - The parameters that the field is made up of. The field could be made from other fields, e.g. field name FirstInitialLastName has the parameters of first_intial, last_or_company name.
• R - Repeat. True or false
• R1 -  1st Separators for repeating merge fields.
• R2 -  2nd Separators for repeating merge fields.
• F1 - 1st Separator for individual fields if the merge field is a composite of several fields.
• F2 - 2nd Separator for individual fields if the merge field is a composite of several fields.
