Similarly to action folder permissions, you can grant and revoke permissions to Topics in the Knowledge Base. These permissions can be edited in two places.; either in the Knowledge Base Editor or via the system object editor. To edit these permissions go to Knowledge Base in Admin and right-click on the topic to set the permissions. Alternatively go to the System Role editor and set the permissions on the Knowledge Base Topics system object for each system role.
NOTE: You can only set permissions on the topic and not individual documents. All the documents within the topic will inherit the topic permissions.
