If you wish to reference details of the document itself you can use the following merge fields:

| Document_ID | The individual identifucation number assigned by Actionstep to your document. |
| Document_Name | Document name as shown in Actionstep e.g. "Engagement Letter" |
| Document_Filename | Document name with the file extension e.g. engagement_letter.docx |
| Document_Date | The user-editable date associated with the document |
| Document_LastModifiedDate | When it was last modified in Actionstep |
| Document_CreatedDate | When it was first created or uploaded in Actionstep |
Note these fields only work for action templates and not for accounting or email templates.
