Please note that the latest MS Office update for Mac OSX (version 16.09 and higher) has disabled the ability to open Office documents from Actionstep in your local version of office.
NOTE THIS ONLY AFFECTS MACINTOSH USERS.
Our tech team are aware of this issue and are working on a solution, however due to the complexity we do not have a fix date yet.
As a work-around for the time being you can download the documents from Actionstep to your local workstation and then open them in MS Office. When you have finished editing you will need to replace the version in Actionstep with your locally-modified copy.
