Actionstep allows you receive List View reports via email on a schedule that you define.
This has a wide variety of uses, for example:
- Sales team: sales pipeline
- Managers: status of all work in progress and any overdue tasks
- All staff: tasks due today
We call this feature "Heads-Up".
