General retainer functionality is not available for systems integrated with Xero or QuickBooks online.

 

Hands-on

  • Create a liability account.
  • Configure General Retainers in Admin > Billing.
  • Receive funds.
  • Pay an invoice with General Retainer funds.
  • Set up automatic transfers in Matter Billing Options.
