EBM users: seeĀ Global Create Button
This is a powerful way to do whatever you need to do in Actionstep. Any time you need to do something chances are you can start it from this button.
The button is located on the Home screen in the top left hand corner of this page but you will also see it in other screens. So what are the options under this button?
Tasks
Tasks, like the name suggests are things that need to be done. used simply, you can set a time for when they need to be done and who should do the task but Actionstep can do so much more, allowing you to record time against a task, create them to occur automatically when your matter moves to a new step and much more. You will have to create a matter to be able to link a task to it.
Contact
These are the people that you do business with and there can be a lot of them. Got a new client on the phone? Create a new contact to record their details.
Hopefully you don't need to have this explained to you. Create an email that will be fired out of Actionstep. The record of the email will be kept in Actionstep and can be assigned to any matters you have to keep your records in order.
Appointment
Leap into your calendar to create a new appointment.
