Subscription (Account) Authority

Users can be granted Subscription Authority in an Actionstep system. This allows the user to alter subscription data that includes:

  • Adding/editing/removing users

  • Change email configuration

  • Contact Actionstep regarding account details/payment data

  • Request backup data

  • Approve Actionstep to download a copy of an Actionstep system for issue testing
