The objective of this course is to provide knowledge and context to prospective partners as a path to certification. The structure of this course should:

• Provide conceptual and functional knowledge of Actionstep application features

• Familiarize the learner with Help resources

• Emphasize and reinforce important information

• Provide guidance for hands-on learning

• Prepare the learner for a demonstrative test of the concepts contained herein
