Document template coding
Many customers will have a set of document templates from a previous system or require a new/updated template from time to time. As many customers view document template creation as quite technical and time-consuming, they often opt to consult an Actionstep-certified partner.
Health checks
General check-ins at set intervals to ensure the success of their customers.
Integration support
Many partners have prior experience or a deeper understanding of some of the applications with which Actiosntep integrates. As such, partner configuration and support for these applications can extend beyond the scope of Actionstep support.
