Consolidated Billing

This feature may still be in early access. If so, it will need to be enabled in Admin > General Settings under “Feature Preview.”

 

With consolidated billing, multiple client bills across multiple matters are combined into a single invoice. Without consolidated billing, each matter will have its own invoice.

 

Bills will be consolidated if they meet the following criteria:

  1. All the clients on the bill match (Primary and any Secondary Clients)

  2. That client has consolidated billing set on their contact record

  3. The bill date of the invoices are the same

 

Consolidated bills can be created when draft bills exist that meet the consolidated billing criteria or through the mass billing screen.
