Users can be granted Subscription Authority in an Actionstep system. This allows the user to alter subscription data that includes:
Adding/editing/removing users
Change email configuration
Contact Actionstep regarding account details/payment data
Request backup data
Approve Actionstep to download a copy of an Actionstep system for issue testing
